Shipping Policy

At Pixel Mart, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely. We currently ship across India and are working to expand to international destinations in the future. Once an order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Our standard delivery time is between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Shipping is free for all orders above ₹999. For orders below that amount, a small shipping fee of ₹49 will be charged.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor the delivery status in real time. Please double-check your shipping address while placing the order, as Pixel Mart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Our courier partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered and is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order. While we strive to deliver within the estimated time frame, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather, courier service issues, or high-volume periods like holidays and sales.

All prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST. At present, we do not offer international shipping.
